Full-Time Bartender

Magnolia, Arkansas

Lefty’s is a chef-driven, cocktail-focused dining experience built on disciplined craft and unreasonable hospitality.

We are hiring a professional bartender.

Experience is not required.

Professionalism is.

We are looking for someone who:

• Wants to be trained, not just scheduled
• Can memorize and master a full cocktail and wine program
• Accepts correction without ego
• Maintains composure during peak service
• Takes pride in precision and presentation

This is structured work.

This is standards-based hospitality.

Schedule 

• Thursday–Saturday: 2:30pm–11:30pm
• Occasional Tuesdays: 4:00pm–9:30pm
• Private events as scheduled
• 35–40 hours per week
• Must be 21+

Professional Development 

• 30 minutes of structured training per shift
• Wine and spirits education
• WSET Level 1 sponsorship (with one-year commitment)
• Leadership pathway for high performers
