The Vision
Founded in 2023 by Christy Ouei and Burt Adams, the duo behind award-winning MuleKick, Lefty’s was created to give Magnolia something it hadn’t seen — a restaurant with big-market style and small-town soul.
The vision? A place that could sit confidently in a major city but feel completely at home here.
Inside our restored 100-year-old building sits Inter-Stella — a 35-foot centerpiece bar inspired by a Prohibition-era legend and finished with 2,000 fiber optic lights and 500 pounds of fire rock. It’s dramatic.
It’s grounded in story. And it sets the tone for everything else.
The Menu
Our food reflects the same energy as our space: bold, thoughtful, and designed to surprise.
The menu is intentionally tight — technique-driven and focused on delivering flavor, contrast, and a little bit of table-side theater.
Favorites like the House Cut Ribeye, Steak Oscar, and 1921 Burger ground the experience, while rotating features keep things fresh and curious.
